摘要
以黄芩为试材,采用设置不同种植深度10 cm(SD1覆土厚度1cm)、20 cm(SD2覆土厚度2cm)和30 cm(SD3覆土厚度3 cm)以及不同密度10 cm×10 cm(MD1),10 cm×20 cm(MD2),10 cm×30 cm(MD3),20 cm×20 cm(MD4),20 cm×30 cm(MD5),30 cm×30 cm(MD6),观测外观指数、浸出物、含量等相关指标,优化种植密度和深度的方法,研究了黄芩种植密度与深度,完善黄芩规范化种植技术。结果表明:通过综合分析,种植深度为条沟深度20 cm(SD2覆土厚度2 cm)时所得样品最好;密度中MD2(10 cm×20 cm)的样品最好。结论:适宜于渭北旱塬地区黄芩的种植技术:种植深度为20 cm(覆土厚度2 cm),种植密度为10 cm×20 cm。
With Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi as experimental material,the different planting depths of 10 cm(SD1 covering thickness of 1 cm),20 cm(SD2 covering thickness of 2 cm)and 30 cm(SD3 covering thickness of 3 cm),and different densities of 10 cm×10 cm(MD1),10 cm×20 cm(MD2),10 cm×30 cm(MD3),20 cm×20 cm(MD4),20 cm×30 cm(MD5)and 30 cm×30 cm(MD5),were set up to observe the related indexes such as appearance index,extractum and content,so as to optimize its planting density and depth and standardize the planting technology ofScutellaria baicalensis Georgi.Through comprehensive analysis,the best sample was obtained when the furrow depth was 20cm(SD2 cover soil thickness of 2cm),and the sample was the best when the MD6 density was 10cm×20cm.In conclusion,the suitable planting techniques forScutellaria baicalensis in Weibei dryland are as follows:the planting depth is 20 cm(soil thickness2cm)and the planting density is 10cm×20cm.
