响应面法优化商洛百合多糖的提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用响应面法优化商洛百合多糖的工艺条件。以百合多糖提取率为考察指标,选择提取温度、液料比、提取时间三个因素,经过响应曲面法进行优化,得到最佳提取工艺条件。试验结果:提取时间为3 h,液料比20∶1 mL/g,提取温度60℃,百合多糖的提取率最高可达26.131%,与预测值无显著差异。 The Box-Behnken design principle was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of Lilium brrownii polysaccharide from Shangluo.On the basis of single factor level determination,the major factors that included extraction temperature,liquid/material ratio and extraction time were optimized by response surface method.The optimum technology condition were as follows:extraction time 1h,liquid/material 20∶1mL/g,the extraction temperature 60℃.Under above conditions,the highest yield of polysaccharide was up to 26.131%,which were not significantly different from the predicted values.
