教师发展共同体建构的逻辑机理与实践进路——基于分布式领导理论的视角 被引量:1

摘要 教师发展共同体旨在超越科层制管理与控制意义,践行知识共享,提升教师发展的专业协同;借助对话协商,实现教育群体的智慧融合;涵养教师文化,回归教师发展的专业自觉。分布式领导直击学校科层管理体制的痼疾,其核心要义是赋权、协作、分享与合作。分布式领导的理念与教师发展共同体的价值取向高度耦合。以分布式领导理论审视教师发展共同体的建构,需要学校的“去中心化”领导、教师群体的赋权增能、教师专业成长的协同共进。具体实践进路包括:建立发展愿景,变个体进步为共同体发展;赋予领导权责,变教师被动参与为主动发展;增强角色认同,变忠实执行者为分布式领导者;倡导专业合作,从精英引领走向共享共生。 The teacher development community aims to transcend the significance of bureaucratic management and control,practice knowledge sharing and enhance the professional synergy of teacher development;With the help of dialogue and consultation,realize the wisdom integration of educational groups;Cultivate teacher culture and return to the professional consciousness of teacher development.Distributed leadership directly attacks the chronic disease of the school bureaucratic management system,and its core essence is empowerment,cooperation,sharing and cooperation.The concept of distributed leadership is highly coupled with the value orientation of teacher development community.Examining the construction of teacher development community with distributed leadership theory requires"decentralized"leadership of schools,empowerment and empowerment of teachers,and collaborative progress of teachers's professional growth.The specific practical approaches include:establishing a development vision and changing individual progress into community development;Endow leadership with power and responsibility and change teachers's passive participation into active development;Enhance role identity and change loyal executors into distributed leaders;Advocate professional cooperation and move from elite leadership to shared symbiosis.
