摘要
随着“一带一路”建设向纵深推进,越来越凸显国际化复合型人才的匮乏。作为高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,大学英语教师承担着复合型人才培养的重任,其综合素质和专业能力直接影响着人才培养的质量。面对大学英语教师专业发展的诸多现实困境,构建大学英语教师专业发展共同体是解决这一问题的有效方法。在立德树人、师德为先、育人为本、合作对话、能力为重、终身学习等基本理念的指导下,大学英语教师通过课堂观摩、教师沙龙、教师工作坊等实践路径与共同体成员资源共享、合作共进,进一步明确了专业发展方向,将自身发展与国家的实际需求紧密结合,更好地培养学生成为具有深厚爱国情怀的国际化复合型人才。
As the construction of“One Belt,One Road”is developing in?depth,the lack of international inter-disciplinary talents is increasingly highlighted.As an important part of the university teaching staff,English teachers bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating complex talents,and their comprehensive quality and professional ability directly affect the quality of talent cultivation.In the face of the many real-life dilemmas in the professional development of university English teachers,building a professional development community for university English teachers is an effective way to solve this problem.Under the guidance of the basic concepts of“establishing moral values,teacher morality is the first priority”,“cultivation orientation and collaborative dialogue”,“competence-focused,lifelong learning”,English teachers can further clarify the direction of professional development through classroom observation,teacher salons,teacher workshops sharing teaching materials and cooperating with community members,and can closely integrate their own development with the actual needs of the country,to better train students to become inter-disciplinary talents with a deep sense of patriotism.
