摘要
内蒙古草原小城镇地广人稀,空间布局分散,对小汽车依赖程度较高,快速高效的汽车通行与低品质的慢行空间形成鲜明的冲突矛盾,慢行者最基本的安全性无法得到保障。着眼于街道慢行空间安全性,基于AHP—模糊综合评价法,以鄂尔多斯市鄂托克旗棋盘井镇为例,从交通安全与治安安全2个方面7个指标构建慢行空间安全性评价体系,进行街道定量研究,以得出棋盘井镇街道慢行空间安全方面存在的短板及后期改善重点。
Small towns on the grassland in Inner Mongolia are sparsely populated, with scattered spatial layout and high dependence on cars. Fast and efficient car traffic forms a distinct conflict with low-quality pedestrian and bicycle space, and the most basic safety of pedestrian and bicycle cannot be guaranteed. This paper focuses on the safety of street pedestrian and bicycle space. Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, taking Qipanjing Town, Etuoke Banner, Ordos city as an example, this paper constructs a pedestrian and bicycle space safety evaluation system from seven indicators in two aspects of traffic safety and public security safety, and carries out street quantitative research, so as to obtain the shortcomings in the safety of street pedestrian and bicycle space in Qipanjing town and the focus of later improvement.
