湿热地区老幼互携视角下的城中村休闲空间设计策略

Leisure Space Design Strategies in Urban Villages from the Perspective of Mutual Carriage of the Old and Young in Humid and Hot Areas

在城中村中,隔代抚养已成为普遍现象,其户外休闲空间也常常需要满足老幼互携的相关要求,采取相应设计策略。以厦门市集美大社为研究对象,利用行为观察法分析老幼互携行为与休闲空间的特点及关系。结合老幼日常行为活动,针对民俗文化、街道生活、滨海沙滩及绿色休闲4类休闲空间,从优质资源共享、“舒适性”体验式景观、“可达性”近宅空间、“开敞+遮阳”环境设施等4个方面提出集美大社休闲空间的改进策略。

In urban villages, intergenerational parenting has become a common phenomenon, and their outdoor recreational spaces often need to meet the requirements related to the mutual carriage of the old and the young and adopt corresponding design strategies. The article takes Xiamen Jimei Dashe as the research object, and analyzes the characteristics and relationship between the interaction behavior of the old and the young and the leisure space by using behavioral observation method. Combined with the daily behavioral activities of the old and the young, the four types of leisure spaces, such as folk culture, street life, coastal beach and green leisure, are proposed to improve the leisure space of Jimei Dashe in four aspects, including the sharing of quality resources, "comfort" experiential landscape, "accessibility" near home space and "openness + shade" environmental facilities.
