简述哈布德仁-9味散的方源、方解、临床应用及研究

The origin, solution, clinical application and research of Habudren-9 weisan were briefly introduced

目的:对蒙药常用方哈布德仁-9味散进行考证、分析药理及临床应用,为标准化用药提供理论依据和参考标准。方法:采用查阅文献研究与考证方法进行文献综述。结果:蒙药哈布德仁-9味散出自《蒙药验方》,属经验方。该方是由京大戟、大黄、翻白草、玉竹、亚大黄、水菖蒲、姜黄、天门冬、生草乌组成的治疗各种肿胀疼痛的传统验方。主要治疗关节肿痛、肌肉肿痛、风火肿痛、急性腮腺炎、淋巴结肿大、乳腺肿大、丹毒、皮下脓肿、无名肿毒等红肿热痛症,临床疗效确切。蒙医在使用过程中,因处方中单味药的配伍组成不同、单味药的入药剂量不同,从而临床疗效也各不相同。结论:蒙药哈布德尔-9味散作为消肿名方,多年来一直在临床上广泛应用。本文简述哈布德尔9味散方剂配伍,解释每味单味药的基原及临床应用情况,以进一步提高该蒙药复方制剂的临床疗效和用药安全。

Objective: The pharmacology and clinical application of Habudren-9 powder, a common Mongolian medicine,were studied to provide theoretical basis and reference standard for standardized drug use. Methods: Literature review was carried out by means of literature review and textual research. Results: Habudren-9 powder of Mongolian medicine came from《Mongolian Medicine Prescription》and belonged to experience prescription. The prescription consists of Euphorbia officinalis,Rhubarb, Discolor grass, jade bamboo, rhubarb subrhizome, Acorus calamus, turmeric, Aconitum and aconite aconite. It mainly treats joint swelling and pain, muscle swelling and pain, wind-fire swelling and pain, acute parotitis, lymphadenopathy,mammary enlargement, erysipelas, subcutaneous abscess, nameless swelling and so on, with definite clinical curative effect. In the use of Mongolian medicine, the clinical efficacy is also different due to the different compatibility composition and dosage of each medicine in the prescription. Conclusion: As a famous prescription for reducing swelling, Mongolian medicine Habdel-9 powder has been widely used in clinical practice for many years. In this paper, the compatibility of Habdel’s 9-flavor powder formula was briefly introduced, and the primitive and clinical application of each single medicine were explained, so as to further improve the clinical efficacy and medication safety of this Mongolian medicine compound preparation.
