摘要
目的:研究温针灸治疗低级别宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法:选取我院40例低级别宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各20例。试验组给予温针灸治疗及辛复宁阴道给药,对照组给予辛复宁阴道给药,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组有效率为90.0%(18/20),对照组有效率为80.0%(16/20),两组组间试验前后阴道镜评分差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸结合辛复宁治疗低级别宫颈上皮内瘤变疗效优于仅用辛复宁,能够改善症状,无副作用,且不易复发。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of warm acupuncture in the treatment of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:40 patients with low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,20 cases each.The experimental group was given warm acupuncture treatment and Xinfuning vaginal administration,the control group was given Xinfuning vaginal administration,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 90.0%(18/20)in the experimental group and 80.0%(16/20)in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after the test(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with Xinfuning is better than Xinfuning alone in the treatment of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.It can improve the symptoms of patients without side effects and is not easy to relapse.
