中药通过调控VEGF防治肺动脉高压的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary hypertension by regulating VEGF

肺动脉高压是一种进行性加重的致死性心血管疾病。研究表明,VEGF在肺动脉高压的发生发展中扮演着重要角色。近年来中医药防治肺动脉高压颇有成效,其中部分中药可通过调控VEGF发挥作用,本文对近年来该研究的成果进行综述,有望为肺动脉高压的中医药防治提供新思路。

Pulmonary hypertension is a fatal cardiovascular disease with aggressive exacerbation.Studies show that VEGF plays an im-portant role in the development of pulmonary hypertension.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been effective in preventing pulmonary hypertension,some of which can play a role in regulating VEGF,and this paper summarizes the results of this study in recent years,which is expected to provide new ideas and targets for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary hypertension.
