衰减全反射红外光谱在电力设备橡胶密封件鉴别中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 橡胶密封件被广泛的应用在电力设备中,根据使用情况选择合适的橡胶种类是保障密封效果的关键。衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR)检测技术可以对橡胶密封件进行准确快速的无损检测,是判定橡胶种类和分析密封件质量较为有效的手段。本文通过建立电力设备常用各类橡胶密封件的特征谱图库实现对橡胶密封件的快速无损检测,为电力行业橡胶密封件的质量控制提供参考。 Rubber seals was widely used in power equipment. The key of ensured sealing effect was selected the appropriate type of rubber seals according to the equipment condition. Attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy(ATR) could be used for nondestructive testing of rubber seals accurate and rapid, which was an effective method to judged the type and analyzed the quality of rubber seals. In the paper, the rapid nondestructive testing was realized by establishing the characteristic spectrum library,which provided reference for the quality control of rubber seals used in power equipment.
