摘要
北京某商务区多层地下空间具有高度复杂性,对该商务区地下空间的安全、应急、设施设备、地下综合管廊、环境、通行、停车管理措施研究备受关注。本文以商务区内景观公园地下空间的公共区域、地下综合管廊本体为研究对象,对该商务区地下公共空间存在的物业管理问题进行了分析,并给出了各事项的管理对策与建议。
The multi-leveled underground space of the Beijing business district is extremely complex.The research on the operation and management of underground space in the Beijing business district has attracted much attention,including the management of safety,emergency response measures,facilities and equipment,the underground utility tunnel,environment,traffic and parking.Taking the underground public space of the Beijing business district and the underground utility tunnel as the research object,this paper analyzed the property management problems existing in the underground public space of the business district,and gave the management countermeasures and suggestions of various matters.
