摘要
以非现场执法超限超载检测系统的设计及成功实施为案例,阐述该系统建设的背景、意义以及设计思路。系统的成功建设,有效地遏制了非正常营运车辆的通行,有效地保护了公路的正常运行秩序,减少了因超载车辆而引发的一系列交通事故的发生,既保护了环境,同时又提高了道路的通行能力。
The article takes the design and successful implementation of the off-site law enforcement over-limit and overload detection system as a case,expounds the background,significance and detailed design of the system.The successful construction of the system effectively curbed the passage of abnormal operating vehicles,effectively protected the normal operation order of the highway,reduced the occurrence of a series of traffic accidents caused by overloaded vehicles,and not only protected the environment,but also improved The capacity of the road.
