摘要
本文基于建筑节能降耗的目的,首先介绍了建筑能效监管系统的控制原理及其实现的功能,然后分析了电力载波技术的应用现状,结合高铁站房建筑使用性质及设备布置特点,以新建弥勒至蒙自铁路-弥勒站扩建工程为例,介绍了基于电力载波通信技术的车站建筑能效监管系统在高铁站房建设中的实际应用。结果表明,基于电力载波通信技术的建筑能效监管系统,在构建建筑智能化系统时可以很容易地实现系统的可靠性、开放性和扩展性,尤其是在改造的站房建筑项目中,在不影响铁路生产运营的前提下,较好地实现节能降耗的目的。
Based on the purpose of building energy saving and consumption reduction,this article first introduces the control principle of the building energy efficiency supervision system and its realized functions,and then analyzes the application status of power carrier technology.Combined with the nature of high-speed railway station buildings and the characteristics of equipment layout,taking the newly-built Mile-Mengzi Railway-Mile Station expansion project as an example,the practical application of the station building energy efficiency supervision system based on power carrier communication technology in the construction of high-speed railway stations is introduced.The results show that the building energy efficiency supervision system based on power carrier communication technology can easily realize the reliability,openness and scalability of the system when constructing the intelligent building system,especially in the reconstruction of the station building project.It can better realize the function of energy saving and consumption reduction without affecting the railway production and operation.
