微生物量对印染废水中的基质去除速率的影响

摘要 基于Monod方程,引入微生物量函数,建立了考虑微生物量作用的基质去除速率方程,并利用基质去除的零级反应速率求解有关参数.活性污泥好氧处理印染废水时,所需要的微生物量与反应时间密切相关,当HRT为24h,MLSS为2.2g·L-1,基质去除率为83%;而当HRT为12h,要达到相同的基质去除率,MLSS须维持在4.0g·L-1.当MLSS≤2.5g·L-1,基质去除速率与微生物量成正比;当MLSS为4.0g·L-1,基质去除速率约为最大值的86.2%,而且MLSS≥4.0g·L-1,基质去除速率随MLSS的变化不明显.所建立的基质去除速率方程能够较好地反映微生物量对基质去除速率的影响. Based on Monod model, a biomass function was employed to deduce an equation of substrate removal rate, in which the influence of biomass on substrate removal is taken into account. Parameters concerned in this equation could be obtained by zeroorder reaction rate for substrate removal. Printing and dyeing wastewater was treated in an activated sludge reactor when the reaction rate for substrate removal has been determined. The results show that the necessary quantity of biomass for substrate removal varied with reaction time (hydraulic retention time). To meet about 83% of substrate removal efficiency, MLSS should be kept at 2.2 g·L-1 and 4.0 g·L-1 when HRT is 24 h and 12 h, respectively. The substrate removal rate is in direct proportion to the biomass when MLSS is below 2.5 mg·L-1 and reaches its maximum 86.2% with biomass at 4.0 g·L-1. The substrate removal rate increases slowly when MLSS is greater than 4.0 g·L-1. The established equation indicates properly the effects of the biomass of microbe on the substrate removal rate. 
