2020年焦作市某县白纹伊蚊对常用卫生杀虫剂抗药性调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解白纹伊蚊对常用卫生杀虫剂的敏感性状况,为卫生杀虫剂使用提供指导依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法、成蚊接触筒法分别对白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊进行抗药性测试。结果白纹伊蚊幼虫对吡丙醚、双硫磷、苏云金芽胞杆菌(bacillus thuringiensis,Bti)的抗性倍数分别为1.20、0.625、0.170,属于敏感;对残杀威抗性倍数为5.68,属于低抗。白纹伊蚊成蚊对毒死蜱死亡率为99.17%,属于敏感;对马拉硫磷、残杀威、恶虫威、杀螟硫磷、高效氯氰菊酯(0.4%)、高效氯氟氰菊酯(0.07%)、溴氰菊酯死亡率在83.97%~96.67%,属于可能抗性;对氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯(0.08%)死亡率分别为77.61%、75.00%,属于抗性。结论使用卫生杀虫剂时尽量选择对白纹伊蚊幼虫敏感的吡丙醚、双硫磷、苏云金芽胞杆菌,对成蚊敏感的毒死蜱等药物,同时与农业、园林部门协调,采取综合治理,防止白纹伊蚊对卫生杀虫剂产生抗性。 Objective To investigate the susceptibility of Aedes albopictus to commonly used sanitary insecticides,and provide guidance for the use of sanitary insecticides.Methods Larvae impregnation method and adult contact tube method were used to test the resistance of larvae and adults of Aedes albopictus.Results The resistance coefficients of Aedes albopictus larvae to pyreproxyfen,disulphos and Bacillus thuringiensis(Bti)were 1.20,0.625 and 0.170,respectively.The resistance coefficients of Aedes albopictus larvae to Propoxur were 5.68,which was low resistant.Adult Aedes albopictus was sensitive to chlorpyrifos with a mortality rate of 99.17%,possibly resistant to malathion,propoxur,bendiocarb,halothrin,beta-cypermethrin(0.4%),beta-cyhalothrin(0.07%)and deltamethrin with a mortality rate of 83.97%-96.67%,and resistant to beta-permethrin and beta-cypermethrin(0.08%)with mortality rates of 77.61% and 75.00%,respectively.Conclusion When using sanitary insecticides,we should try to select the drugs sensitive to Larvae of Aedes albopictus,such as pyreproxyether,disulphos,Bacillus thuringiensis,and chlorpyrfos,which is sensitive to adult mosquitoes.Meanwhile,we should coordinate with agricultural and landscape departments to adopt comprehensive management to prevent the resistance of Aedes albopictus to sanitary insecticides.
