Exploration on management and operation of centralized quarantine sites for inbound passengers under the circumstances of COVID-19

从隔离点选址与布局、人员与物资配备、医学观察开展、场所感染控制等方面,总结郑州市入境人员集中隔离点在管理与运行中探索的经验:加强隔离点硬件改造和管理,设置“三区两通道”,规范开展健康监测、消毒、转运等工作,抽调专业人员对感染防控工作进行培训与督导,确保感染防控工作落实;增加入境人员核酸检测频次,强化核酸检测机构室间质评,保证核酸检测质量。通过总结工作经验,持续提高集中隔离点管理与运行水平,更好地完成入境人员集中隔离医学观察任务。

The work experience on management and operation of centralized quarantine sites for inbound passengers in Zhengzhou was summarized from the aspects of location selection and layout,staffing and material allocation,medical observation,infection control,etc.,which included strengthening hardware transformation and management for the quarantine sites,setting up"three zones and two channels",standardizing the implementation of health monitoring,disinfection and transportation,appointing professionals to train and supervise infection prevention and control work for ensuring the implementation of infection prevention,increasing the frequency of nucleic acid test for inbound passengers,and requiring testing agencies to participate in an external quality assessment for ensuring the quality of nucleic acid test.By summarizing work experience to improve the management and operation of centralized quarantine sites,the quarantine task for inbound passengers is expected to better complete.
