脑氧代谢的磁共振成像研究及进展 被引量:1

摘要 氧气对人脑正常生理功能的维持至关重要。葡萄糖的有氧代谢为人脑提供的能量是无氧代谢的5倍,而氧气无法储存。脑氧代谢率(CMRO_(2))是衡量脑组织正常功能的重要生物标志,也是评估人脑正常生理和病理状态的重要指标。关于CMRO_(2)的测量,传统的正电子发射断层显像以及近红外光谱技术由于有创性和技术要求较高,临床应用受限。近年来兴起了一些无创量化CMRO_(2)的磁共振成像技术,本文将对这些技术的原理和研究进展进行综述。
