胶体自组装法制备光子晶体颜料的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 与传统颜料生产及应用过程中的污染、能耗相比,光子晶体颜料是一种绿色无污染的新型结构色颜料。分析了光子晶体的生色原理,归纳了胶体自组装法制备光子晶体结构色颜料的方法。彩虹色光子晶体颜料的制备方法中,重力沉降法和垂直沉积法的工艺和设备最为简单,喷墨打印法可按需在基材表面精确定位、效率高。非彩虹色光子晶体颜料通常采用掺杂法、喷涂法、雾化沉积法及核壳结构法等制备,其中喷涂法和雾化沉积法可快速、大面积制备非彩虹色光子晶体颜料;核壳结构法能够制得稳定性较好、饱和度高的颜料。最后总结了光子晶体结构色颜料的优缺点及应用前景。 Compared with traditional pigments which produce pollution and need more energy consumption in the process of production and application,photonic crystal pigments is a new type of green and non-polluting structurally colored pigments.The paper analyzed chromogenic principle of photonic crystal and summarized the method for fabricating photonic crystal structurally colored pigments by colloidal self-assembly method.In the preparation of iridescent photonic crystal pigments,the process and equipment of the gravity sedimentation and the vertical deposition are the simplest,and the inkjet printing can accurately position on the surface of the substrate as required with high efficiency.Non-iridescent photonic crystal pigments are usually fabricated by doping,spraying,atomization deposition and preparing core-shell junction,etc.Among these methods,spraying and atomization deposition can be used to quickly fabricate a large number of non-iridescent photonic crystal pigments;the methods of preparing core-shell can be used to produce pigments with good stability and saturation.Finally,this paper summarized the advantages,disadvantages and application prospects of photonic crystal structural colored pigments.
