温胆汤加减联合常规西药治疗胃食管反流病临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Wendan Tang Combined with Conventional Western Medicine for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的:观察温胆汤加减联合常规西药治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床疗效。方法:选取123例GERD患者,按治疗方式不同分为观察组61例和对照组62例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予温胆汤加减治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分及24 h反流情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.72%,高于对照组85.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组烧心、反酸、口苦、嗳气、腹胀、咽部异物感评分较治疗前降低,且观察组烧心、反酸、口苦、嗳气、腹胀、咽部异物感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组反流超过5 min次数、最长反流时间、24 h反流次数、pH<4时间占比较治疗前降低,且观察组治疗后各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤加减联合常规西药治疗GERD的疗效较好,能够改善患者中医临床症状,减少24 h反流情况。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of modified Wendan tang combined with conventional western medicine on the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD). Methods:A total of 123 patients with GERD were selected and divided into the observation group(61 cases) and the control group(62 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given modified Wendan tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects,Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the condition of 24 h reflux were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was96.72% in the observation group,higher than that of 85.48% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of heartburn,acid reflux,bitter mouth,belching,abdominal distension and pharyngeal foreign body sensation in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the number of reflux over 5 min,the longest reflux time,the number of reflux at 24 h and the time of pH<4 in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of modified Wendan tang combined with conventional western medicine has a good therapeutic effect on GERD,which can improve Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and reduce 24 h reflux.
