益气复脉注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Yiqi Fumai Injection for Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察益气复脉注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血清组织蛋白酶S(cathepsin S)、基质金属蛋白酶-9 (MMP-9)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:将98例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组各49例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气复脉注射液治疗。观察2组心绞痛症状疗效和心电图疗效,比较2组治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及血清cathepsin S、MMP-9、hs-CRP含量变化。结果:观察组心绞痛症状疗效总有效率91.84%,高于对照组75.51%(P<0.05)。观察组心电图总有效率81.63%,高于对照组63.27%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组心绞痛发作频率降低(P<0.05),持续时间缩短(P<0.05),血清cathepsin S、MMP-9、hs-CRP水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后心绞痛发作频率较低(P<0.05),持续时间较短(P<0.05),血清cathepsin S、MMP-9、hs-CRP水平均较低(P<0.05)。结论:益气复脉注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,能有效改善患者心绞痛及心电图,减少心绞痛发作时间及持续时间,且安全性好。

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Fumai injection on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effects on the levels of serum cathepsin S, matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP). Methods: A total of 98 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally given Yiqi Fumai injection based on the treatment of the control group. The effects on the symptom of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were observed, and the attack frequency,duration and the levels of serum cathepsin S,MMP-9 and hs-CRP in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of angina pectoris was 91.84% in observation group,higher than that of75.51% in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the observation group was 81.63%,higher than that of 63.27% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of serum Cathepsin S, MMP-9 and hs-CRP were decreased(P<0.05). Compared with that in the control group respectively,the attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were less and shorter(P<0.05),and the levels of serum cathepsin S,MMP-9 and hs-CRP were lower(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Fumai injection has a significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve their symptom of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram,and reduce the attack frequency and duration,with great safety.
