百令胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效及对肾功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Bailing Capsules Combined with Western Medicine on Diabetic Nephropathy and its Influence on Kidney Function

目的:观察百令胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)疗效及对肾功能的影响。方法:选取98例DN患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组50例与对照组48例,2组入院后均给予常规对症治疗,对照组给予静脉注射前列地尔注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予百令胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗8周。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、肾功能指标[肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿蛋白排泄率(UARE)]及炎性因子[超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)]水平的变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为92.00%,对照组总有效率为72.92%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SCr、BUN、UARE指标值均较治疗前下降,治疗组上述3项指标值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清炎性因子hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,治疗组上述3项血清炎性因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合西药治疗DN,与单一应用西药治疗相比,更能有效提升临床疗效,缓解DN临床症状,减轻炎症反应,保护肾功能。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy of Bailing capsules combined with western medicine on diabetic nephropathy(DN) and its influence on kidney function. Methods: A total of 98 DN patients were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 and 48 cases in each group respectively. Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment after admission. The control group was additionally given intravenous injection of alprostadil,and the treatment group was additionally given Bailing capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for eight weeks. The clinical curative effects in the two groups were observed, and the changes of Chinese medicine syndrome scores, indexes of kidney function including serum creatinine(SCr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), urinary albumin excretion rate(UARE), and inflammatory factors including hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 92.00% in the treatment group,and 72.92% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of SCr,BUN and UARE in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of the above three serum inflammatory factors in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Bailing capsules combined with western medicine can more effectively improve the clinical effect on DN patients than single application of western medicine,which can relieve the clinical symptoms of DN,reduce inflammation and protect kidney function.
