阿奇霉素颗粒联合小儿消积止咳口服液治疗支原体肺炎合并地图舌临床研究

Clinical Study on Azithromycin Granules Combined with Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid for Mycoplasma Pneumonia Complicated with Geographic Tongue

目的:观察阿奇霉素颗粒联合小儿消积止咳口服液治疗支原体肺炎合并地图舌的临床疗效。方法:选取405例支原体肺炎合并地图舌患儿进行回顾性分析,根据不同治疗方案分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采取常规对症治疗联合阿奇霉素颗粒治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用小儿消积止咳口服液治疗。观察2组治疗前后中医症状积分、肺炎症状评分、地图舌症状评分、血清免疫球蛋白(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)特异性抗体含量,并评价2组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医症状积分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组肺炎各项评分及地图舌症状评分均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组血清IgM、IgA含量均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素颗粒联合小儿消积止咳口服液治疗支原体肺炎合并地图舌疗效较好,可显著减轻患儿气喘、咳嗽以及地图舌症状,改善患儿体液免疫功能,且安全性较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of azithromycin granules combined with Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid for mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with geographic tongue. Methods:A total of 405 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with geographic tongue were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different treatment schemes. The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment and azithromycin granules,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid based on the treatment of the control group. Chinese medicine syndrome scores, Pneumonia symptom scores, geographic tongue symptom scores,as well as specific antibody contents of immunoglobulin(IgM) and immunoglobulin A(IGA) in serum in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated. Results: The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,each score of pneumonia,geographic tongue symptom scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, contents of IgM and IgA in serum in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05), and the contents in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidience of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin granules combined with Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid has a relatively good curative effect on mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with geographic tongue,which can significantly relieve asthma,cough and geographic tongue symptoms,and improve humoral immune function,with good safety.
