易自燃煤层超长俯采工作面防灭火技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对大兴矿北一202工作面开采易自燃煤层超长俯采布置的防灭火技术难点,根据工作面开采参数与煤层地质赋存条件,分析工作面自然发火影响因素,在加强自然发火预测预报基础上,通过采取减少采空区漏风、采空区多点位联合注氮惰化、巷道松动圈防火钻孔压注阻化剂溶液润湿煤体及合理限抽等技术手段,有效地抑制了采空区遗煤和巷道松动圈破碎煤体的自然氧化进程,使得工作面生产期间采空区、上下隅角、架间及回风流等地点各项气体指标均符合国家安全生产要求,杜绝了自然发火事故发生。 In view of the technical difficulties of fire prevention and control in the ultra-long overhand mining arrangement of the spontaneous combustion coal seam in the 202 working face of the north one mining area of Daxing mine,according to the mining parameters of the working face and the geological occurrence conditions of the coal seam,the influencing factors of the spontaneous combustion of the working face are analyzed.On the basis of strengthening the prediction and prediction of spontaneous combustion,the natural oxidation process of the coal left in the goaf and the broken coal in the goaf loose zone can be effectively suppressed by adopting technical means such as reducing the air leakage in the goaf,injecting nitrogen inert at multiple points in the goaf,wetting the coal with the resistance agent solution by the fire-proof drilling pressure in the roadway loose zone and reasonable pumping limit.The gas indexes of goaf area,upper and lower corners,between frames and return air during the working face production meet the national safety production requirements,and the occurrence of spontaneous combustion accidents is prevented.
