高瓦斯厚煤层开采瓦斯与火协同防治技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 以五虎山煤矿011203工作面为背景,采用理论分析和现场实践等手段对高瓦斯厚煤层开采瓦斯与火协同防治技术进行研究,研究结果表明:通过瓦斯治理分析,形成了顺层钻孔抽采本煤层、回风巷道插管抽采采空区和高位钻孔拦截抽采上覆采空区的“综合网格立体式”瓦斯抽采方式;通过火灾预防分析,形成了井上下联合注氮、堵漏、均压应急等综合预防火灾措施;通过瓦斯与火对工作面安全开采的影响分析,形成了以低温惰性气体控制煤田火区、以瓦斯抽放与注氮协同处理、以应急均压为保障的高瓦斯厚煤层开采瓦斯与火灾害协同防治技术。 Based on the Wuhushan coal mine 011203 working face as the background,by adopting the means of theoretical analysis and field practice of gas mining thick coal seam gas and fire prevention of collaborative technology,the results show that,through the analysis of the gas control formed the bedding boring extraction from the coal seam,return air roadway extraction intubation mined-out area and high drilling intercept extraction from the upper goaf gas extraction method;"integrated vertical grid" by analyzing the fire prevention,formed the joint nitrogen injection,plugging,equalizing comprehensive fire prevention measures such as emergency;of working face through gas and fire safety mining impact analysis,formed by low temperature inert gas control of coal fire area,with the gas drainage and nitrogen injection processing,together with pressure to ensure emergency gas mining thick coal seam gas and fire disaster together prevention technology.
