摘要
为了避免共振影响长螺杆的使用寿命,采用振动力学方程对长螺杆的固有频率进行理论分析,并作软件仿真和实验测试,得出了长螺杆的固有频率及其影响因素。首先对长螺杆组件建立振动力学模型,得出其固有频率,其次建立长螺杆三维模型并进行模态分析,接着设计实施长螺杆固有频率实验,最后得出影响长螺杆固有频率的因素和变化规律。研究结果为采煤机长螺杆的使用寿命分析提供依据。
In order to avoid resonance affecting the service life of long screw,the natural frequency of long screw was analyzed theoretically by using vibration mechanics equation,and the natural frequency of long screw and its influencing factors were obtained through software simulation and experimental test.Firstly,the vibration mechanics model of long screw assembly was established to get its natural frequency,secondly,three-dimensional model of long screw was established and modal analysis was carried out.The natural frequency experiment of long screw was designed and implemented,and the factors influencing the natural frequency of long screw and its variation law were finally obtained.The research results could provide basis for the service life analysis of long screw of shearer.
