摘要
为了提高煤炭生产、储存及运输的自动化和智能化,以某型带式输送机为研究对象,分析了煤矿煤炭运输路线及带式输送机组成,构建了带式输送机控制系统框架,基于PLC设计了带式输送机控制系统,将煤仓煤炭通过主井带式输送机和入筛带式输送机输送至煤炭料斗进行自动智能化控制,该研究为带式输送机及煤矿运输设备自动智能化升级改造等方面提供理论依据及技术支持。
In order to improve the automation and intelligence of coal production,storage and transportation,a certain type of belt conveyor has been used as the research object,the coal transportation route and the belt conveyor composition of coal mines have been analyzed,and the belt conveyor control system framework has been constructed,and the belt conveyor control system has been designed based on PLC,the belt conveyor control system is used to automatically and intelligently control the conveyor to transport the coal from the coal bunker to the coal hopper through the main shaft belt and the sieve belt two-stage belt conveyor system,the research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the automatic intelligent control upgrading and transformation of the belt conveyor and coal mine transportation equipment.
