基于有限元法的永磁滚筒齿槽转矩优化

摘要 齿槽转矩是影响永磁滚筒运转平稳性的重要因素之一,影响齿槽转矩的因素有气隙、槽深、极槽比、转子辅助槽个数。传统数值计算法计算复杂,结果不精确,难以得出齿槽转矩与各因素的影响规律。采用有限元分析法,通过构建永磁滚筒的二维电磁模型,利用Maxwell软件进行齿槽转矩有限元仿真分析,得出了各影响因素与齿槽转矩峰值的曲线规律,为齿槽转矩的优化提供了更精确的理论依据。 Cogging torque is one of the important factors affecting the running stability of permanent magnet roller.The factors affecting cogging torque include air gap,slot depth,pole slot ratio and the number of rotor auxiliary slots.The traditional numerical calculation method is complex and inaccurate,so it is difficult to obtain the influence law of cogging torque and various factors.Using the finite element analysis method,by constructing the two-dimensional electromagnetic model of the permanent magnet roller,and using Maxwell software for the finite element simulation analysis of the cogging torque,the curve law between the influencing factors and the peak value of the cogging torque is obtained,which provides a more accurate theoretical basis for the optimization of the cogging torque.
