螺纹结构联通节的设计与应用

摘要 在总结隔爆电控箱设计经验的基础上,依据GB 3836—2010相关标准规定,分析电缆引入装置的结构特点,本着结构简单、操作方便快捷的原则,设计出螺纹结构的联通节及封堵件,并应用于生产,解决了狭窄空间中电缆走线方向不易变更的问题,顺利实现了空间的合理分配。螺纹结构联通节及封堵件的使用,在保证箱体隔爆性能的同时,兼顾了整机的格局,更好地满足了设备的走线需求,达到了节约空间、降低生产成本,提高装配效率的目的。 On the basis of summarizing the design experience of flameproof electric cabinet and according to the relevant standards of GB3836—2010,the structural characteristics of cable lead-in device are analyzed.Based on the principle of simple structure and convenient and fast operation,the connecting joint and sealing part of threaded structure are designed and applied to production,which solves the problem that the cable routing direction is not easy to change in narrow space.The reasonable allocation of space has been successfully realized.The use of threaded structure connecting joint and sealing parts not only ensures the explosion-proof performance of the box,but also takes into account the pattern of the whole machine,better meets the wiring requirements of the equipment,and achieves the purpose of saving space,reducing production cost and improving assembly efficiency.
