摘要
针对刮板输送机减速器作业过程易剧烈振动、运行稳定性较差等不足,提出了一种基于ANSYS的减速器阻尼缓冲方法。通过分析黏弹性阻尼材料的机理与复合结构,根据材料的性质建立了本构模型,选用氢化丁腈橡胶作为阻尼缓冲材料对减速器齿圈部位进行优化。有限元分析结果表明:最大变形与最大等效应力所发生的位置与实际情况相符,优化后结构最大变形及等效应力值均有明显降低,不会因阻尼材料的存在而发生结构刚度降低的情况。
In view of the shortcomings of scraper conveyor reducer,such as severe vibration and poor operation stability,a damping buffer method of reducer based on ANSYS is proposed.By analyzing the mechanism and composite structure of viscoelastic damping material,the constitutive model is established according to the properties of the material,and hydrogenated nitrile rubber is selected as the damping buffer material to optimize the gear ring of reducer.The finite element analysis results show that the location of the maximum deformation and maximum equivalent stress is consistent with the actual situation.After optimization,the maximum deformation and equivalent stress of the structure are significantly reduced,and the structural stiffness will not be reduced due to the existence of damping materials.
