摘要
为研究不同工况条件下深沟球轴承摩擦力矩的时间特性,通过搭建轴承摩擦力矩测试实验台,根据单一变量原则对某型号深沟球轴承进行了定速变载和定载变速2类实验,在常温下连续测试1 h。实验结果表明:在不同径向载荷和转速下,轴承摩擦力矩随运转时间推移呈现先下降后稳定的变化趋势。在所选实验参数范围内,稳定后的轴承摩擦力矩随径向载荷增加而增加,但与转速间不存在正相关关系。
In order to study the time characteristics of friction moment of deep groove ball bearing under different working conditions,a bearing friction moment test platform was built.According to the principle of single variable,two kinds of experiments were carried out for a certain type of deep groove ball bearing under constant speed variable load and constant load variable speed.The test was carried out continuously at room temperature for one hour.The experimental results show that under different radial loads and rotating speeds,the friction torque of the bearing basically decreases first and then stabilizes with the running time.The friction torque of the stabilized bearing increases with the increase of radial load,but there is no positive correlation with the rotational speed.
