基于多级模糊的双机驱动带式输送机控制系统

摘要 双机驱动带式输送机功率不平衡会引发运行不平稳等问题,采用多级模糊控制可降低其不平衡的现象。对带式输送机的控制原理进行分析,研究多级模糊控制器中主控制器和子控制器的协调工作机制。采用Simulink对不同情况下的双机电流特性进行仿真,仿真结果显示,载荷越大,双机的不平衡度越高;双机启动时间间隔越大,不平衡度越低;相同条件下,采用多级模糊控制比采用模糊控制的不平衡度更低。 The unbalanced power of the dual-drive belt conveyor will cause problems such as unsteady operation.The use of multi-level fuzzy control can reduce its imbalance.The control principle of the belt conveyor is analyzed,and the coordinated working mechanism of the main controller and the subcontroller in the multi-level fuzzy controller is studied.Simulink is used to simulate the current characteristics of the dual machines under different conditions.The simulation results show that the greater the load,the higher the imbalance of the dual machines;the greater the start-up time interval of the dual machines,the lower the imbalance;under the same conditions,use multi-level fuzzy control has lower imbalance than using fuzzy control.
