旋翼式干燥机工艺效果影响因素研究

摘要 旋翼式干燥机是一种新型的煤泥干燥设备,为研究影响旋翼式干燥机干燥效果的因素,在榆林某选煤厂对WJG-15000旋翼式干燥系统进行工业性试验。试验过程中对热源发生器温度、旋翼轴转速变频、引风机变频、出料水分设定等因素进行干预,从而得出热风温度、旋翼轴转速、系统风量、出料水分等因素对干燥效果的影响规律。试验结果表明:热风温度600℃~800℃、旋翼轴转速170 r/min、系统风量80 000 m^(3)/h、出料水分13%~15%时,既可满足处理量要求,又能保障煤泥干燥效果。 Rotor-type dryer is a new type of slime drying equipment.In order to study the factors influencing the drying effect of rotary-wing dryer,an industrial test on WJG-15000 rotary-wing drying system was carried out in a coal preparation plant of Yulin energy.During the test,intervene factors such as the temperature of the heat source generator,the frequency conversion of the rotor shaft speed,the frequency conversion of the induced draft fan,and the setting of dehumidification to obtain the influence of the hot air temperature,the rotation speed of the shaft,the system air volume,and the discharged moisture on the drying effect.The test results show that when the hot air temperature is 600 ℃to 800 ℃,the rotor shaft speed is 170 r/min,the system air volume is 80 000 m^(3)/h,and the discharge moisture is 13% to 15%,it can not only meet the processing capacity requirements,but also ensure the slime drying effect.
