摘要
[目的/意义]结合信息生态理论和现代化治理理论,重构云计算环境下国家数字学术资源信息安全协同治理框架,以期对其信息安全进行有效治理。[方法/过程]在分析信息生态与国家数字学术资源信息安全协同治理关联关系的基础上,构建信息生态视角下国家数字学术资源信息安全协同治理框架,并分析其构成要素间的协同关系。同时,基于信息生态视角分析云计算环境下国家数字学术资源信息安全协同治理的治理对象、治理主体、治理环境及各要素内部的协同治理机制。[结果/结论]厘清云计算环境下国家数字学术资源信息安全协同治理信息生态系统中的主客体及其协同治理机制,为实现云计算环境下国家数字学术资源信息安全协同治理提供参考。
[Purpose/Significance]Reconstructing the collaborative governance framework of national digital academic resources information security in the cloud computing environment in combination with the information ecology theory and modem governance theory is to effectively govern the information security.[Method/Process]Based on the analysis of the relationship between information ecology and information security collaborative governance of national digital academic resources,this paper constructed the collaborative governance framework of national digital academic resources information security from the perspective of information ecology and analyzed the relationship between its constituent elements.At the same time,this paper analyzed the information security collaborative governance object,governance subject,governance environment and collaborative governance mechanism within each element of national digital academic resources in the computing cloud from the perspective of information ecology.[Result/Conclusion]This paper clarifies the subjects and objects of governance in the information ecosystem for the information security collaborative governance of national digital academic resources in the cloud computing environ-ment.It aims to provide a reference for realizing the collaborative governance of national digital academic resources information security in the cloud computing environment.
