摘要
建筑外保温系统的质量安全与其应用过程中的热湿状况密切相关。近年来,随着工程的大量应用,外保温系统在热湿作用下所爆发的安全问题愈加频繁和凸显。针对城市建筑中常见的外保温质量安全问题开展了调研与分类分析,发现外墙外保温系统在热湿作用下的开裂、起鼓、脱落等现象都直接影响着整个系统的安全。基于围护结构热湿耦合迁移原理,从外保温系统的湿源、湿迁移的路径方向和迁移特性等方面展开分析,指出了外保温系统的关键构造层和热湿设计方法。在此基础上,为保证系统安全,进一步提炼了防护层的热湿控制要点及其性能指标要求,给出了系统防水透汽构造的设置方法等细部节点的措施建议。
The safety of the external thermal insulation system is closely related to its hygrothermal condition. In recent years, with the large-scale application of engineering, the safety of the external thermal insulation system under hygrothermal performance have become more frequent and prominent. The investigation is carried out on the safety of the external thermal insulation system under hygrothermal performance. The cracking, bulging, and falling off of external thermal insulation system directly affect the safety of the entire system. According to the principle of HAM, the moisture source, moisture transfer path and characteristics of external thermal insulation system are analyzed. The design method of key construction layer is expounded. On the basis of the external thermal insulation system, the moisture performance control indexes are proposed. The suggestion of system construction layer design proposal is given.
