新时代,民族地区在党中央英明领导下,党的纪律建设经受住了各项中心工作的实践考验,在理论特质和基本经验方面已经呈现出与全国党的纪律建设普遍性、共性之下的特殊性与个性。表现为具有“鲜明的问题意识、辩证的逻辑思维、坚毅的战略定力”的理论特质和“坚持党的领导是民族地区纪律建设的根本保证、坚持纪律建设理论与民族地区实际相结合、各民族群众广泛参与是民族地区纪律建设的根本动力”的基本经验。

In the new era, under the wise leadership of the Party Central Committee, CPC’s discipline construction in ethnic minority areas has withstood the practical test of various central work represented by targeted poverty alleviation. In terms of theoretical characteristics and basic experience, it has shown that the particularity and individuality under the universality and similarity with CPC ’s discipline construction in the whole country. It is manifested in the theoretical characteristics of "distinct problem consciousness, dialectical logical thinking and resolute strategic determination" and the basic experience of "adhering to CPC’s leadership is the fundamental guarantee for Discipline Construction in ethnic minority areas, adhering to the combination of discipline construction theory and the reality of ethnic minority areas, and the broad participation of the masses of all ethnic groups is the fundamental driving force for Discipline Construction in ethnic minority areas".
