福建省宁化县客家老年人居住方式与体育锻炼的关系

The relationship between living arrangement and physical activities of the Hakka elderly in Ninghua county of Fujian province

目的分析客家老年人居住方式与体育锻炼的关系,为提高客家老年人体育锻炼率,改善健康水平提供参考建议。方法2018年1—3月,采用方便抽样法对福建省宁化县客家老年人(≥60岁)进行问卷调查,采用χ;检验分析不同人群体育锻炼率分布的差异,运用logistic回归模型分析客家老年人居住方式与体育锻炼的关系。结果本研究共纳入1262例有效样本量,客家老年人体育锻炼率49.45%。客家老年人的居住方式以仅与配偶同居(31.70%)、与单个子/女同居(34.47%)、子女家轮住(18.62%)为主。logistic回归模型显示,相对独居而言,与单个子/女同居增加老年人体育锻炼的可能性更高,差异有统计学意义(OR=9.56,95%CI=2.07~44.08)。结论客家老年人参与体育锻炼与其居住方式有关,与单个子/女同居的老年人参与体育锻炼的可能性更高。

Objective To discuss the relationship between living arrangement and physical activities of the Hakka elderly,and to provide reference for improving the overall health of the elderly.Methods From January to March 2018,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the Hakka elderly(≥60)randomly selected using a simple sampling method in Ninghua county of Fujian.Chi-square test was used to analyze the difference of physical activity rate among different elder groups.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between living arrangement and physical activities of the Hakka elderly in Fujian.Results A total of 1262 subjects were included in the analysis,and the overall physical activity rate of the Hakka elderly was 49.45%.They preferred to live with their spouses/partners(31.70%),with one child(34.47%)or rotationally with each child(18.62%).The adjusted logistic regression model showed that subjects living with one child were more likely to participate in physical activities compared to those living alone(OR=9.56,95%CI:2.07-44.08).Conclusions There is a cross-sectional association between physical activities and living arrangement among the Hakka elderly,and those living with one child are more likely to participate in physical activities.
