甲状腺激素受体相互作用蛋白6和高迁移率族蛋白B1在乳腺癌组织的表达及其临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺激素受体相互作用蛋白6(TRIP6)和高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)在乳腺癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法收集齐齐哈尔医学院第五附属医院(大庆市龙南医院)2015年7月至2021年7月乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织标本112例,应用免疫组织化学方法检测以上组织中TRIP6和HMGB1的表达,采用χ^(2)检验结合临床病理资料行相关性分析。结果乳腺癌组织中TRIP6阳性表达率为74.11%(83/112),明显高于癌旁组织中TRIP6阳性表达率23.21%(26/112),两者之间的差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=58.060,P<0.01)。TRIP6表达水平与乳腺癌TNM分期(TNM stage)、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=5.586、9.156、4.658、5.812,P<0.05)。TRIP6表达水平与乳腺癌年龄、组织学分型无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.001、0.066,P>0.05)。乳腺癌组织中HMGB1阳性表达率为65.18%(73/112),明显高于癌旁组织中HMGB1阳性表达率16.96%(19/112),两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=53.787,P<0.01)。HMGB1表达水平与乳腺癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小明显相关(χ^(2)=5.899、0.004、5.080,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。HMGB1表达水平与乳腺癌年龄、组织学分型、组织学分级无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.027、4.658、0.149,P>0.05)。结论TRIP6和HMGB1在乳腺癌组织中表达上调,TRIP6和HMGB1有助于乳腺癌患者预后的评估。 Objective To investigate the expression and biological significance of thyroid receptor interacting protein 6(TRIP6)and high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)in breast carcinoma.Methods A total of 112 breast cancer tissue and adjacent tissue samples were collected from the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College(Daqing Longnan Hospital)from July 2015 to July 2021.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TRIP6 and HMGB1 in these tissues,and correlation analysis was performed using chi-square test combined with clinicopathological data.Results The positive rate of TRIP6 expression in breast carcinoma tissues was 74.11%(83/112),which was significantly higher than that in breast adjacent tissues[23.21%(26/112)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=58.060,P<0.05).TRIP6 expression level was significantly correlated with tumor node metastasis stage(TNM stage),tumor size,histological grade and lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma(respectively,χ^(2)=5.586,9.156,4.6582,5.812,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant correlation between TRIP6 expression level and age and tissue grade type in breast carcinoma(χ^(2)=0.001,0.066,P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.The positive expression rate of HMGB1 in breast cancer tissues was 65.18%(73/112),which was significantly higher than that in breast adjacent tissues[16.96%(19/112)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=53.787,P<0.05).The expression level of HMGB1 was significantly correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and tumor size of breast carcinoma(respectively,χ^(2)=5.899,0.004,5.080,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant correlation breast between HMGB1 expression level and age,histological grade and histological grade in breast carcinoma(respectively,χ^(2)=0.027,4.658,0.149,P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion TRIP6 and HMGB1 are up-regulated in breast carcinoma tissues,and TRIP6 and HMGB1 can be used as prognostic indicators for breast carcinoma patients.
