人工智能在结直肠癌病理研究中的应用进展 被引量:4

Application and development of artificial intelligence in pathological study of colorectal cancer

摘要 结直肠癌是消化道常见的恶行肿瘤, 世界范围内结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率均保持上升趋势。人工智能自问世以来, 在病理学上的应用不断被研究, 并在近些年来取得飞跃式的发展。凭借其强大的图像识别、特征分析技术为结直肠癌诊断及预后评估方式提供了新角度, 为进一步实现精准医疗提供了契机。人工智能在结直肠癌病理上的应用可以为医护工作者提供多角度的参考意见, 帮助其做出更为精准的诊断决策。虽然智能病理在结直肠癌诊疗中的地位不断提升, 但其在临床应用中还存在诸多问题, 需进一步规范及完善。 Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract.The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are on the rise world widely.Since the advent of artificial intelligence,its application in pathology has been continuously studied,and has made great progress in recent years.With its powerful image recognition and feature analysis technology,it provides a new perspective for the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of colorectal cancer,and provides an opportunity for the further realization of precision medicine.The application of intelligent pathology can provide doctors with multi-angle reference opinions and help doctors make more accurate diagnosis decisions.Although the status of intelligent pathology in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer continues to increase,there are still limitations in its clinical application,which need to be further improved.
