摘要
长链非编码核糖核酸(lncRNAs)在恶性肿瘤发生和发展的调控中发挥重要作用,为多种肿瘤治疗研究中新的靶点。常间回文重复序列丛集(CRISPR)/CRISPR关联蛋白系统(Cas)系统为新近发展的高效精准的基因组编辑工具。多项研究表明CRISPR/Cas系统可靶向lncRNAs,为肿瘤细胞lncRNAs表达的调控提供了新策略。本文针对CRISPR/Cas技术调控lncRNA功能的机制及其在恶性肿瘤研究中的进展进行综述。
Long non-coding ribonucleic acids(lncRNAs)play an important role in the regulation of malignant tumor genesis and development,which is a new potential target for cancer treatment research.Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated proteins(Cas)system is a revolutionary genome editing tool developed in recent year with high efficiency and accuracy.A growing number of studies have shown that CRISPR/Cas system can target lncRNAs,which could provide a new strategy for regulating the expression of lncRNAs in tumor cells.We reviewed the mechanism of CRISPR/Cas technology regulating lncRNA function and its new progress in malignant tumor research.
