摘要
炎症反应在调节缺血型脑卒中后的病理生理过程起到至关重要的作用,目前被认为是脑卒中新疗法的首要研究目标。最近研究表明,中性粒细胞的大量涌入和缺血型脑卒中后大脑损伤的严重程度之间存在直接联系。缺血型脑卒中造成的脑损伤中,受损的脑组织和周围免疫系统之间的双向沟通使得外周免疫细胞迁移进入损伤部位,进而产生并释放更多的趋化因子、细胞因子以及其他分子,最终可能造成在已损伤的大脑中进一步的破坏或保护作用。虽然中性粒细胞可能促进缺血后梗死面积的扩大,但它也可能负责缺血后脑组织的修复和重建。文章重点讨论缺血型脑卒中后中性粒细胞扮演的角色作用,以及对此调节的潜在靶点。
Inflammatory response plays an important role in regulating the pathophysiological process after ischemic stroke.At present,it is considered to be the primary research goal of new therapy for stroke.Recent studies have shown that there is a direct link between the influx of neutrophils and the severity of brain damage after ischemic stroke.In brain injury caused by ischemic stroke,the two-way communication between the damaged brain tissue and the surrounding immune system allows peripheral immune cells to migrate into the injured site,and then produce and release more chemokines,cytokines and other molecules,Which may eventually cause further damage or protection in the damaged brain.Although neutrophils may promote the expansion of infarct size after ischemia,they may also be responsible for the repair and reconstruction of brain tissue after ischemia.In this review,we will focus on the role played by neutrophils after ischemic stroke and the potential targets for this regulation.
