摘要
骨骼肌减少症是老年人常见的肌肉疾病,主要表现为肌肉力量和质量的下降。肌肉再生能力下降是骨骼肌减少症的发病机制之一。免疫系统在肌肉再生过程中发挥了重要作用,促进了肌肉中卫星细胞的增殖和分化,肌肉也可以通过分泌肌肉因子的方式调节免疫细胞的功能。随着年龄的增长,免疫衰老导致的慢性低级别炎症破坏了免疫细胞和肌肉的相互作用,导致肌肉再生能力下降、肌纤维萎缩,最终导致了骨骼肌减少症的出现。文章概述了免疫衰老诱导骨骼肌减少症的机制和过程。
Sarcopenia is a common muscle disease in the aged population.It is mainly manifested as a decline in muscle strength and mass.The decline of muscle regeneration is one of the pathogenesis of sarcopenia.Immune system plays an important role in the process of muscle regeneration and promotes the proliferation and differentiation of the satellite cells in muscles.The muscles can also regulate the function of the immune cells by secreting muscle factors.With the growth of age,chronic low-level inflammation caused by immune senescence disrupts the interaction between immune cells and muscles,which lead to muscle regeneration decrease,muscle fiber atrophy,and ultimately sarcopenia.The mechanism and process of immunosenescence induced sarcopenia are briefly summarized in this review.
