摘要
开展施药试验,对钉耙式新型组合喷头喷雾的粒径分布、沉积量、覆盖率和田间防效进行评价。试验结果表明,在喷施压力0.3 MPa下,该组合喷头流量为0.32 L/min,Dv_(10)、Dv_(50)、Dv_(90)分别为52、98、122μm,分布跨度为0.71;1.5~0.3 m位置的雾滴沉积量为0.059~3.528μg/cm^(2),雾滴覆盖率为20.5%~56.5%。相比常规喷头,该组合喷头可有效降低药液流量,提高药液分布均匀性和利用率。施药防效方面,在相同用药量和用水量条件下,组合喷头施药处理对马铃薯晚疫病、辣椒炭疽病、稻纵卷叶螟、茶小绿叶蝉的防效比常规喷头施药处理高4.89、7.80、7.54、3.96个百分点;组合喷头喷施1/2水量+2/3药量所配药液,防效也与常规喷头常量喷药处理无显著差异。
To verify the application effect of the new rake-shaped combined nozzle,we evaluated the particle size distribution,deposition amount,coverage rate,and field efficacy of the combined nozzle.The results showed that under the spraying pressure of 0.3 MPa,the flow rate of the combined nozzle is 0.32 L·min-1,Dv_(10),Dv_(50),and Dv_(90)was 52,98,and 122μm,respectively,and the distribution span is 0.71.The deposition amount of droplets at 1.5~0.3 m was 0.059~3.528μg·cm^(-2),and the droplet coverage was 20.5%~56.5%.Compared with the conventional nozzles,the combined nozzle could effectively reduce the flow rate of liquid and improve the distribution uniformity and utilization of the pesticide.Under the same dosage and volume,the control effect of treatment with the combined nozzle on potato late blight,pepper anthracnose,rice leaf roller,and green tea leafhopper was 4.89,7.80,7.54,and 3.96%,higher than that of the conventional spraying treatment.The combined nozzle spraying treatment could achieve equivalent control efficacy of the conventional treatment with half of the volume and two-thirds of the dosage of the conventional nozzle spraying.
