摘要
2020—2021年连续两年在海南省温莪术田间发现草地贪夜蛾为害,明确其对温莪术的取食为害风险有助于制定相应防控策略。2021年6月和8月,在海南省温莪术主要产区调查了草地贪夜蛾为害情况。结果显示,调查期内温莪术田间草地贪夜蛾以高幼虫为主,被害株率为5%~70%。室内研究表明,草地贪夜蛾取食温莪术能够完成生活史,但存活率较低,成虫前期存活率仅为15.48%。雌蛹发育历期显著短于雄蛹,雌成虫寿命显著长于雄成虫。取食温莪术叶片的草地贪夜蛾种群净增殖率(R_(0))、平均世代周期(T)、内禀增长率(r)和周限增长率(λ)分别为15.53、40.19 d、0.07 d^(-1)和1.07 d^(-1)。本研究表明草地贪夜蛾取食温莪术可以完成世代发育,生产上应加强温莪术田间草地贪夜蛾的监测与防治工作。
Spodoptera frugiperda was found in Curcuma wenyujin filed in Hainan Province for two consecutive years, from2020 to 2021. Clarifying the risk of its damage on C. wenyujin is helpful to formulate corresponding prevention and control strategies. Therefore, the damage of S. frugiperda on C. wenyujin was investigated in Hainan Province in June and August2021. The results showed that the S. frugiperda community in the field was dominated by higher instar larvae during the investigation, and the damage rate was between 5% and 70%. Laboratory studies showed that S. frugiperda could complete its life cycle fed with C. wenyujin, but the survival rate was low, and the preadult survival rate was only 15.48%. There was no significant difference in the development duration between males and females in the larval stage, while the average development duration of female pupae was significantly shorter than that of the males. The net reproductive rate(R_(0)),average generation time(T), intrinsic growth rate(r), and finite rate of increase (λ) of S. frugiperda population feeding on C. wenyujin leaves was 15.53, 40.19 d, 0.07 d^(-1), and 1.07 d^(-1), respectively. This study showed that S. frugiperda feeding on C. wenyujin could complete the generation development, and the monitoring and control of S. frugiperda in the field of C. wenyujin should be strengthened.
