臭氧水消毒土壤与木霉菌组合防治白菜根肿病的效果 被引量:5

Control effect of ozonated water combined with Trichoderma against clubroot of Chinese cabbage

摘要 为推动白菜根肿病绿色防控,开展臭氧水消毒土壤与木霉菌组合防治白菜根肿病研究。通过温室盆栽试验,比较了不同浓度臭氧水对土壤中芸苔根肿菌的消减效果及其与木霉菌组合处理对根肿病的防效和对白菜生长的影响。结果表明:臭氧水可显著降低土壤中芸苔根肿菌的丰度,消减效果与浓度正相关,8 mg/L的臭氧水可将病土中含量为10^(5)~10^(9)cfu/g的芸苔根肿菌数量级降至10^(3)cfu/g;单独使用8 mg/L以上的高浓度臭氧水对白菜生长有抑制作用,会显著降低白菜株高和干重;8 mg/L臭氧水消毒土壤3 d后,再使用木霉菌处理土壤和白菜种子,可显著消减根际土壤中的芸苔根肿菌,对根肿病的防效为91.71%,并使白菜鲜重增加41.83%。 The control effect of the combination of ozonated water and Trichoderma was studied to promote the green prevention and control of clubroot disease on Chinese cabbage.The inhibition effects of ozonated water of different concentrations on Plasmodiophora brassicae,the control effect of clubroot disease,and influence on the growth of Chinese cabbage were studied by pot experiment in the greenhouse.Being treated with ozonated water,the abundance of P.brassicae in soil was significantly reduced,and the reduction was positively correlated with ozone concentration.Ozonated water at a concentration of 8mg/L could reduce the amount of P.brassicae from 10^(5)~10^(9)CFU/g to 10^(3)CFU/g.Using high-concentration ozonated water alone had an inhibitory effect on the growth of Chinese cabbage,which would significantly reduce the plant height and dry weight.In the greenhouse condition,the combination treatment of ozonated water and Trichoderma could effectively reduce the incidence of cabbage clubroot disease by 91.71%and significantly increased the fresh weight of cabbage seedlings by 41.83%,with the real-time quantitative PCR(qPCR)analysis showed that the abundance of P.brassicae in rhizosphere soil were significantly reduced.
