林丽珠“三因制宜”防治肿瘤思想撷要

A Summary of Professor Lin Lizhu's Thought of"Consideration of Three Factors in the Treatment of Diseases"in the Prevention and Treatment of Cancer

中医的基本治则之一三因制宜学说,是整体观念和辩证论治的具体体现,与现代医学中的个体化治疗是不谋而合的。林丽珠擅于运用三因制宜学说指导肿瘤的防治,取得了较好的疗效。本文从“因时制宜”“因地制宜”“因人制宜”三个方面阐述了林丽珠运用“三因制宜学说”在肿瘤防治中的经验。

One of the basic treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of“consideration of three factors in the treatment of diseases”,reflects the holistic view and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,which coincides with the individualized treatment in modern medicine.Professor Lin Lizhu excels in applying the theory to the prevention and treatment of tumors which has achieved ideal effect.In this study we expound the experience of Professor Lin Lizhu in tumor prevention and treatment from three aspects of“consideration of the climatic and seasonal conditions in the treatment of diseases”,“environmental consideration in the treatment of diseases”,and“consideration of an individual's physique in the treatment of diseases”.
