豁痰定眩方治疗痰浊上扰型前庭阵发症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Huotan Dingxuan Formula in Treatment of Vestibular Paroxysmia of Phlegm Turbidity Harassing Upward

目的分析应用豁痰定眩方加减治疗痰浊上扰型前庭阵发症(VP)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年9月-2021年10月期间于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院脑病中心就诊的40例痰浊上扰型VP患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例)。对照组采用奥卡西平片治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用豁痰定眩方加减治疗,比较两组中医证候评分、临床疗效及眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果治疗4周后,两组患者中医证候评分较治疗前均有所降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(95%)高于对照组(65%,P<0.05);观察组DHI评分、HAMA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用豁痰定眩方加减治疗痰浊上扰型VP患者,可有效减轻临床症状,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Huotan Dingxuan Formula in the treatment of vestibular paroxysmia(VP)with the syndrome of phlegm turbidity harassing upward.Methods Forty VP patients with the syndrome of phlegm turbidity harassing upward admitted to the Encephalopathy Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to October 2021 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group(n=20)and an observation group(n=20)according to a random number table.All patients were treated with oxcarbazepine tablets,and those in the observation group received additional modified Huotan Dingxuan Formula.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,clinical efficacies,Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)scores,and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)scores of the two groups were compared.Results After four weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,higher than 65%of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in DHI score and HAMA score(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huotan Dingxuan Formula in the treatment of VP with the syndrome of phlegm turbidity harassing upward can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical promotion.
