新时代电气工程学科人才培养的思考与实践 被引量:15

摘要 进入新时代以来,无论是国家战略、产业发展,还是教育环境、教学对象都发生了或者正在发生着深刻的变化,这些变化对高等教育产生了深远的影响。电气工程学科作为能源领域的重要学科,其人才培养理应顺应这些变化,并进一步引导其向正确、积极的方向发展。该文首先分析上述变化对电气工程学科人才培养的影响;接着,讨论清华大学电机系在新时代对人才培养理念进行调整的一些思考,重点是守正与创新兼顾、基础与前沿并重,最后介绍清华大学电机系在上述理念指导下采取的一些改革措施,包括加强学科交叉、改革工程教育模式、创新教学模式、本研统筹、全面开展课程思政等,希望对我国电气工程学科的人才培养提供有价值的参考。 Since entering the new era, profound changes have taken place or are taking place in national strategy,industrial development, educational environment and teaching objects, which have exerted a profound influence on higher education. Electrical engineering, as one of the most important disciplines in the field of energy, its talent cultivation should adapt to these changes and further guide their development in a correct and positive direction. At first, this paper analyzed the influence of these changes on the talent cultivation of electrical engineering discipline;and then proposed our philosophy adjustment for talents cultivation under the background of new era, taking account of both innovation and sticking to the tradition, regarding equal importance to basic and frontier.Finally, some of our reform measures were introduced under the guidance of above philosophy. It included strengthening the interdisciplinary, reforming the engineering education mode,innovating teaching mode, overall planning of the under-and post-graduates, and ideological and political education in all major courses. It was expected to provide valuable reference for the talents’ cultivation of electrical engineering discipline in China.
