摘要
长期以来,在国际组织的中方国际职员人数与我国贡献不成比例,且高层岗位人员匮乏。本文基于国际热核聚变实验堆(ITER)组织中方国际职员培养与推送实操工作,对提升国际组织内中方国际职员数量与职级的经验进行总结与展望,为我国进一步打造和推送具有全球视野、通晓国际规则、专业素质过硬的国际组织人才队伍提供探索途径。
For a long time,the number of Chinese staff working at the international organizations has been disproportionate to China’s contribution.What’s more,there are few Chinese executives at the international organizations.Based on the practices of training and recommending Chinese staff to the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER)Organization,this paper summarizes the experience in increasing the number and rank of Chinese staff at the international organizations,provides a path of exploration for China to further cultivate and recommend talents with global vision,a good knowledge of international rules and excellent expertise for international organizations.
