高校教师学术不端行为隐性成因及纾解对策

摘要 学术诚信是开展学术研究、取得学术成果的基本前提,高校教师是科研创新成果产出的中坚力量,学术规范和学术道德的坚守对我国的科技发展有着关键影响。基于社会失范理论研究发现,高校教师学术不端行为产生的隐性成因有功能论视角下的永恒竞争、冲突论视角下的永恒利益、相互作用论视角下的永恒影响。在此基础上,本文提出人文关怀高校教师中的弱势群体,树立“正己化人,众善奉行”的共同愿景,完善学术不端发现与惩处制度等建议,以期促使高校教师在学术成果产出中“不能失范、不想失范、不敢失范”。 Academic integrity is the basic premise to carry out academic research and obtain academic achievements.College teachers are the backbone of the output of scientific research and innovation achievements.The adherence of academic norms and academic ethics has a key impact on the development of science and technology in China.Based on the social anomia theory,this paper finds that the recessive auses of academic misconduct of college teachers include eternal competition from the perspective of function theory,eternal interest from the perspective of conflict theory,and eternal influence from the perspective of interaction theory.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as taking humanistic care for the disadvantaged groups of college teachers,setting up the common vision of“correcting oneself and others,and practicing all the virtues”,and improving the system of finding and punishing academic misconduct,in order to urge college teachers to“not lose their norm,do not want to lose their norm and dare not lose their norm”in academic achievements.
