民机辅助动力装置低温符合性实验室验证试验方法研究

摘要 针对民机辅助动力装置低温符合性认证需求.本文从试验科目、试验程序、试验条件及合格判据四个方面构建民机辅助动力装置低温符合性实验室验证试验方法.并首次在气候实验室内完成某型民机辅助动力装置低温符合性验证试验。试验结果表明该型民机的辅助动力装置在-40℃下可成功起动并稳定工作,转速和排气温度没有超过限制.也未出现喘振、熄火或自动停车现象。 For the low temperature compliance certification requirements of civil aircraft auxiliary power unit,the low temperature compliance verification test method in climatic laboratory of civil aircraft auxiliary power unit was established from four aspects of the test item,test procedure,test condition and test criterion.Then the low temperature compliance verification test of a civil aircraft auxiliary power unit was carried out in climatic laboratory for the first time.The results showed that the auxiliary power unit could be successfully started and worked stably at-40℃,and the speed as well as exhaust temperature did not exceed the limit,and there was no surge,flameout or automatic stop.
